Outlook 2003 multiple account mail delivery

1. Outlook should provide the option to keep mail received from different
e-mail accounts in different folder structures ala Thunderbird rather than
delivering all mail into the main Inbox folder. Rules don't cut it here.

2. When replying to a message, Outlook should use the source e-mail account
to send the reply when configured to operate as above.

These two items keep each e-mail account completely separate, which
currently doesn't appear to be possible in Outlook.

1 - I think that's in OL2007

2 - Outlook should reply using the account that received the mail item
