Outlook 2003 MAPI

I have a digital voice recorder which should be able to
attach files to your email programme but this will not
work. Olympus have come stating that "there is an
ongoing issue with Outlook 2003, as it features incorrect
MAPI components for the DSS Pro softwares Automatic Email
Function (basically the same reason why this feature can
not be used within the Pro software with Outlook
Express). The only way of getting around this is by
simply dragging and dropping the voice files into
Outlook." There is also a problem with an accounts
package which won't attach to Outlook 2003 for the same
reasons.

I wonder could anyone help me on this matter.

I have no idea what they are talking about. However, since it's their
software there's not much you can do about it unless they fix things.

The program was probably written to work with older versions of Outlook and
Outlook 2003 has a newer version of the dlls, which won't work with their
program... they need to update their program to work with Ol2003, we can't
do it from here.
