Exchange 2003 SP1, Outlook 2003/latest updates on Windows
XP SP1 & Latest updates.
Users are complaining that the Outlook icon in the system
tray periodically states that connection to the exchange
server has been interrupted, and when this happens their
systems lock up until Outlook can talk to the server
again, usually within 5-10 seconds.
Bandwidth is not the issue. Memory on the server is fine.
Store.exe is not taking 100% utilization. Checked our AD
configuration to make sure we don't have any replication
or communication issues.
Any help would be appreciated.
