Outlook 2003 & LDAP

I am have problems with LDAP searches from Outlook 2003.
It take 20 secs or more for Outlook to find the name in
our LDAP directory. If you have many names, it takes
minutes. Anyone experience this problem?

Possibly caused by OL 2003's integration with Messenger. Click
Tools>Options>Other. At the bottom, uncheck "Enable the Person Names Smart
Tag".
