LDAP error NO ENTRIES in Outlook 2003

Good morning.

I have configured LDAP in Outlook 2003 and verified all settings.
When trying to use though, get message NO ENTRIES.
Any thoughts on how to fix this?

It would also be helpful if the mentioned what is providing LDAP services
(e.g. Active Directory, ADAM, Novell, Unix/Linux, 3rd party LDAP program,
..etc). Outlook 2003 does different things with VLV Browsing when working
against an LDAP 2.0 server vs LDAP 3.0.

Describe how you're trying to use it.

I am going into new message, clicking on to, default is the ldap
directory, clicking on find, typing in partial name in first name
field and partial name in last name field, the same test I used on a
different machine with the exact same configuration which returns 3
results.
