Outlook 2003 keeps trying to make a dialup connection

When using outlook 2003 I keep getting a popup message saying that my internet connection has been made. I want to keep the connction on all the time as I am on broadband. It gets very anoying sometimes.
 
tools, accounts, change accounts, select account and Change. More settings,
connection - are you using the LAN option?
