Outlook 2003 keeps asking for safe mode

I'm running a terminal member server joined to a DC. Almost everytime every
user runs Outlook 2003 it asks whether or not to be run in safe mode.
Knowledge base very little on the subject. Please, someone help!!
 
Can you tell us a little about the setup? For example, is it a Windows 2000
or 2003 Terminal Server? How is the one of the problematic profiles setup?
(e.g. Is it set for cached mode? Any 3rd party addins?) How was
Office/Outlook 2003 installed? (Interactive or using an administrative
install point/gpo?) Was BCM installed with Office/Outlook 2003? Anything
in the event logs to indicate Outlook is crashing?

Right now you really aren't giving us anything to go on. With no
information other than Office/Outlook 2003 on a TS, it could be anything,
everything, or just a fluke that it isn't working for the site.
