Outlook 2003 junk email filter not working and D. Poremsky tip

Dear Diane,
In the past months I've almost tried everything to solve the infamous
problem about Outlook 2003 junk filter not working, posting messages in the
NG.
Particullarly my problem is that suddenly the junk email filter stopped
working and all the emails now stay in the Inbox folder.

I've tried to:

- Remove and reapply the latest patches
- scanned the .pst with scanpst.exe
- removed all the rules
- remove all the blocked senders etc in the junk email options
- tried changing the security levels in the junk email options
- tried deleting and creating a new profile
- tried to export all folders in a new .pst
- tried to create a new pst and copy messages (NOT FOLDERS)

Now I've followed the tip at the link
http://www.outlook-tips.net/howto/fix_junk.htm ,using OutlookSpy,
I have a IMAPIFolder->"Associated contents" with no junk email rule inside,
so ther's nothing to delete...

What can I try next?
