Outlook 2003 Insert Attachement as Hyperlink

Hi

We've recently upgraded to Outlook 2003. When inserting attachments
some of our users do not have the option to insert as hyperlink
available, others do. Is there any way to fix this?

This depends on the mail format; it's only available when sending in
RTF-format which is the least compatible mail format. I advise to use Word
as your e-mail editor and then insert hyperlinks to files by Insert->
Hyperlink...
