Outlook 2003 - Info about e-mail sender

How do I find all the information in Outlook about an e-mail sender and
the route the e-mail took to get to me which Outlook Express shows in
the Properties of a received e-mail under "Details?"

That works on some e-mails. On others, the Internet Header space is
blank, and if I try to reply to the e-mail (by hitting "Reply"), the
sender's name but not the e-mail address comes up.
