Outlook 2003. Inbox has spontaneously moved.

Running Outlook 2003 in cached Exchange mode against Exchange Server 2003.
Setttings file is an .ost.

My Inbox has spontaneously moved to become a subfolder of deleted items. I
am certain I did not attempt to delete it or accidentally click a button
while moving the mouse across the screen.

The folder list was correct last night when I closed Outlook. This morning,
when I opened it, I found the Inbox displayed as a subfolder of Deleted
Items. The Inbox is still receiving new mail.

Neither I nor our network engineer are able to find anything on resolving
this. We did find several posts in Google groups of users experiencing the
same issue.

Is this a known issue?

Is there a resolution?

Thanks,
Pat

I should add that since my original post we've run the Inbox repair tool and
gone through the steps to manually delete the .ost file and then recreate it
by re-synching with the Exchange server, all to no avail.

I have been searching for the posts Judy referenced, but no luck so far.
I'll keep looking.

Wanted to also add that we've tried the following command-line switches, also
to no avail: /cleanviews, /firstrun, /resetfolders, and /resetnavpane.

Thanks,

Stumped me then as resetfolders is what I thought would fix it.
