Outlook 2003, Inbox displays current month calendar

I have a user who, when in her Inbox, had the current month displayed at the
top right hand portion of the screen. She has removed it, somehow, and wants
it back but I cannot figure out how to do it. Any ideas?

Outlook 2003.
 
Are you sure she had it in 2003 and wasn't using Outlook 2007 when she saw
it? Outlook 2003 doesn't offer such an option.

If it was indeed in outlook 2003, she had an addin installed that added it.
