Outlook 2003: import e-mails

Just wondering why when I import e-mails from my external hard drive into
outlook the date when these e-mails are received is shown as "none" and is
there anyway of showing the dates for these e-mails.

From what type of file are you "importing"? If it's a pst file, then don't
import - just go to File-Open-Outlook Data File (in Outlook) and drag the
data to your delivery pst file.

You have to import your emails from your local harddrive, not an external
drive. Copy the PST to your harddrive, remove the read only attribute, then
open the file using Outlook. If you have already done so and it's still not
working, please advise.
