Outlook 2003 - How can I open Inbox, Calendar, & Contacts at sametime?

This is driving me crazy. When I open Outlook, I want to have my Inbox,
Calendar, and Contacts windows open simultaneously, full-screen. Sometimes
Outlook ³remembers² that I had them all open when I exit, but most of the
time it doesn¹t. So I waste time right-clicking, maximizing, etc.

Is there a way to force Outlook to open with all those windows at the same
time??
