Outlook 2003 Headers Question

After a day with my filters I finally figured out how to make one of
my three accounts challenge response but now I have a problem I cannot
seem to resolve. I want to be able to configure Outlook 2003 to show
me the full email headers as it downloads. Can this be done or do I
have to take the Options path each time?\

The latter. Outlook willnever automatically show you the headers.
