I have a user whose Outlook 2003 crashes every time they try to choose
a different file attachment location.
For example, if I open an attachment window, and attempt to open a
folder, say, in the My Documents folder, Outlook hangs, and wont do
anything until you Task Mangler out of it. I can navigate to the root
of My computer using the sidebar, but if you try to open a drive, C:
for instance, it hangs the exact same way.
SP2 is installed, and i have tried running a repair on the whole Office
2003 suite, and still the same problem. Can anybody help me?
