Outlook 2003 Forms error on WinXP64

T

Terry Drewes

I have installed the ork kit and adminpak files. Yet, I cannot seem to
regsvr32 the two files-- comdlg32.ocx and hashctl.dll ...an error
appears-- "filename" is not an executable file and no registration
helper is registered for this file type.

When I try to open the form in Outlook 2003 SP2 from a public folder, I
get this Microsoft Forms Dialog error: Could not load an object because
it is not available on this machine.

Any ideas to resolve? TIA!

A 64-bit version of Office has not been released. Office has to run in
32-bit mode, and you have found one of the features that doesn't work on
a 64-bit OS. Patience.
