Outlook 2003 / File menu has no "Import and Export" entry

I am trying to export my contact list, but Outlook 2003 / File menu has no
"Import and Export" entry.
 
What type of "contact list?" Importing would rarely be the correct method to
do this and requires that you install the importers and exporters from the
Office CD.
 
How can I install "Import and Export" capability so I can export my Contacts
into a CVS file?

I already told you. Use the Office CD to install Outlook's Importers and
Exporters.
