Outlook 2003 Exchange Server Error

I have a customer who setup the e-mail account in outlook by mistake in
exchange server. When you open the program it gives you the two errors
claiming it can't access the server and then shuts down. She has uninstalled
the program a few times, l believe the problem it is in the registry and not
coming out during the uninstall. Outlook is stuck in a loop and l need to
resolve this issue or a format may be in order.

In order to resolve this issue you will have to do the following:
control panel -> mail -> show profiles and remove the necessary account
that is related to the Exchange Server.
