Outlook 2003 Errors sending emails

I am getting error message when sending emails. This
happans since I have installed the new outlook 2003. I am
getting the following error message:

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

'(e-mail address removed)' on 22-Dec-03 9:44 PM
553 sorry, that domain isn't in my list of
allowed rcpthosts (#5.7.1)

Any idea what this is
