Outlook 2003, error 553 sorry.....

When I send email to certain person,ie. (e-mail address removed), I
get the error: "553 sorry, that domain isn't in my list of
allowed rcpthosts (#5.7.1)"

My OS is Window server 2003, and office 2003.

What do I need to do to correct this problem.
