Outlook 2003 encounters Word Errors

Initially this seemed to be triggered by entering format into e-mails.
Uninstalled and reinstalled both Outlook and Word, and several days later I
find myself with the same errors -- but they don't seem to be triggered by
anything.

How can I eliminate the problem?

Which errors are you referring to?
What is the exact wording of the error?
What is logged to the Event Viewer regarding this?
What do you mean "entering format"?
What are your exact steps to reproduce?

Does it work in Outlook Safe Mode?
Start-> Run; outlook.exe /safe

The error is a Microsoft Office Word error. It says: "Microsoft Office Word
has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the
inconvenience. The information you were working on might be lost. Microsoft
Office Word can try to recover it for you." Then it has a checkbox for me to
use if I want the program to try to recover what I had open. It then goes on
in the same window to prompt me to tell Microsoft about the error -- Send
Error Report/Don't Send.

Not sure how to access the Even Viewer...

What I meant by "entering format" was, adding in a bullet or bolding or
underlining, etc...

Now it does not seem that I can reproduce it. I can't figure out what is
triggering it today - it happened twice within a half hour period, back to
back, and I had nothing open but Outlook. The first time it happened I had
hit "reply", and the second time it happened I was typing a reply to another
e-mail.

I have a couple of computers with the same problem. There is any solution to fix this?? In my case, I have users experiencing crash when they are replying an email or when are copy and paste between Word and Outlook 2003. Looks like the problem start a month ago.
