outlook 2003 email

after getting mail via send/receive, I have to reboot computer to access
send/receive each time I want to check for mail; that is, I can only get
email once per computer reboot. Outlook will still work, but I cannot
retreive email unless I reboot computer - theres gotta be a better way !!

Remove ABCD from Email address to reply

Do you have Outlook set to auto send/receive? What happens if you manually
press send/receive?
