Outlook 2003 draft preview missing

Hi,

I have spent a lot of time trying to figure out why outlook 2003 messages
draft preview pane is disabled.
I have every XP and Office update installed. I have reinstalled MS-Office
several times, but preview pane is still missing!
Any suggestions, what's wrong?

I'm pleased I read your message, as I've also been trying to get preview
pane ("Reading Pane") in Drafts. It does seem a shame to reduce functionality
in this way - a bit like the loss of the Office Shortcut Bar - but that's a
different story

I would certainly vote to have the preview pane restored (& the OSB !).
