outlook 2003 download

hi
i have 2 questions,
1-in order to upgrade outllook to outlook 2003 is there a free download or i
should buy it ?

2- how do i do a backup for outllook including everything in it, that is
massages, contacts and scheduals

If you have an earlier version of Outlook (not Outlook Express), then
you can buy an Outlook upgrade. Otherwise you will have to buy the full
version.
