I have received some emails recently, supposely in html format, but outlook
2003 displays them as plain text which makes it very difficult to read. I
believe this is a problem with outlook because I can see all these emails in
the proper html format if I read them from the web server. How to fix this
problem in outlook?

Thanks.

Is there an infobar under the message header informing you about the
conversion to Plain Text? If not, Outlook didn't convert it but probably
some other security suite you have installed.

I have the same problem, I am running Outlook2003 on Vista, if the message
was sent using "undisclosed-receipients", Outlook display the message header
and the html source file instead of rendering properly. But if the message
is sent to my email address directly, the HTML message is displayed properly.
This problem only happens after I move to Vista, it is OK in XP/Outlook2003
combination.

I'd say, then, that the messages sent with the "undisclosed-recipients"
method are not well-formed HTML and Outlook is misinterpreting the headers.
In other words, the fault lies with the sender.
