outlook 2003 delayed send

in outlook 2000, i could have "receive" set to every xx minutes, but have
send set to either 1) immediate or 2) when send receive happened.

where is this feature in outlook 2003? i cant find it anywhere.

Tools-> Options-> tab Mail Setup-> button Send/Receive
