Outlook 2003 default font

Guys hope you can help
Is there a way of fixing the font, size and colour for all new email
messages on outlook 2003. we have a win2003 domain using exchange 2003 and
want to stop users changing font ect and set a default for all emails.
I have looked at gpo, custom maintanance wizard and even files, there must
be a way to acchieve this.
i have scoured the web and cant find any info.

I don't believe so. You can with Plain Text messages, but HTML and Rich
Text message formatting is controlled by the sender.
