Outlook 2003 Default Email Account to Send Mail

We've just converted a bunch of users who use to simply use Outlook 2003 for
POP mail with their indvidual freeserve/freenet/otherisp pop mailboxes over
to using a Smallbusiness server 2003 and implemented a company @company.com
domain name for all users.
We've added an Exchange account for their local mail server to each users
profile and configed outlook to store all data in their individual mailboxes
(not using pst's anymore). Email is working like a treat, they send/receive
emails that come in for them @company.com and they also receive their old
freebie pop mail. However, when they happen to receive an email sent to their
old pop account it comes in and then they reply and Outlook automatically
selects that it will use the pop account to send mail, we want all
replies/new emails going out as them using their exchange account. We've
selected the mailbox account as the default in tools/email accounts from
within Outlook. At the mo, the only thing we have found to tell them is that
when they reply to a message, they can choose which account from the toolbar
of Outlook up at the top. (the prob being the users are forgetting to do
this).
Any tips.

Outlook will use the receiving account to send any replies.

Perhaps changing the POP account so that the outgoing server is the Exchange
server will do what you want, or remove the ability to send from the POP
account in the Send/Receive group.

rather than set the accounts up in outlook, configure SBS to collect the
users pop mail and deposit it in their mailbox. Just make sure you have all
of the SBS patches installed on the server - the pop connector has a bug
that was fixed several months ago.
