Is there any way in Outlook 2003 to change the dates from mm/dd/yyyy format
to dd/mm/yyyy format. i.e. US to UK format?

It seems to show correctly in my version. Where in Outlook are you talking
about?
Did you choose a UK install you want when you installed the program or did
you just accept the default install? The default is American. Did you
install your Windows (what version?) with the default American too, or
choose the UK option?

You must do that in Regional Settings in Control Panel, not in Outlook. It's
a global setting.
