Outlook 2003 data files

I am a new user to Outlook 2003 and have a small office with one other person
on the network -- Is there any way that we can both share the same
contact/calendar/notes etc. without being on the Microsoft Exchange Network?

I run a small law office and we both need to access the same notes on the
same clients and I need to be able to schedule meetings without consulting
the other user.

Sharing of data in a peer-to-peer environment doesn't happen in the
out-of-the-box experience. Check out
