How to change the default so pop up screen looks like the prior version where
when you click “to†button to create a new email the pop up screen has the
details displayed with “New†button on the display so that you can create a
new contact? With the current configuration of 2003, you have to click the
“Advanced†button. How can I eliminate this extra screen from appearing?

I don't recall Outlook ever doing that. When you click To, you get the
Outlook Address Book interface and contacts should not be added in that
interface, although you can click File>New Entry, select New Contacts, and
click OK or click the New Entry button on the toolbar and select New Contact
there.. There is no "Advanced" button anywhere that I can see.
