Outlook 2003 crashes with 0xc0000005

We ahve several OUtlook 2003 machines running XP Sp2 and all are updated wiht
altest patches.

Intermittently when users send messages or address them, Outlook craoshes
wiht an exception:
code: 0xc0000005 fauling: outlook.exe and a bunch of other stuff. We have
submitted the info via the reporting, but ahve nto foudn a solution.

Anyone have any ideas?
 
What mail account type are you using?
What exactly is being logged to the Event Viewer?
