Outlook 2003 crashes when closing a Note

I create Outlook Notes regularly, but when I'm done and I click the X icon, I
get the standard error dialog which asks if I want to Send or Don't Send this
problem to Microsoft. Outlook automatically relaunches and my Note is saved
successfully (thank goodness for that at least!)

Without reinstalling is there any advice on how to correct this issue?

Yes, this is a corporate computer and all updates are completely up-to-date.
Also, I've checked other computers and no-one else seems to have this same
problem.

Try with a new Profile and see if the problem persists. It could be a
corrupt PST.
