Outlook 2003 crash on Windows Server2003 with /PAE boot option

Hi,
I setup Windows Server 2003 (Enterprise Edition) on new Dell PowerEdge 2850
with 4GB RAM. That the server has seen all 4GB, i have added switch /PAE into
boot.ini.
After that, the Outlook 2003 encounter error (Event ID 1000, Faulting module
mspst32.dll) at start and close. If I remove /PAE switch from boot.ini, then
Outlook start normally. Service Pack 1 for Office 2003, Service Pack 1 for
Windows Server 2003 does not resolve a problem.

Any suggestions? Comments?

Thanks.

Yes,
The installation sequence was following:
- Windows Server 2003 + Outlook 2003 = Outlook start normally;
- Windows Server 2003 + Outlook 2003 + PAE = Outlook crash at start;
- Windows Server 2003/SP1 + Outlook 2003 + PAE = Outlook crash at start;
- Windows Server 2003/SP1 + Outlook 2003/SP1 + PAE = Outlook crash at start;
- Windows Server 2003/SP1 + Outlook 2003/SP1 = Outlook start normally.
Switches /NOPAE or /EXECUTE or /NOEXECUTE=* do not change a situation.
