Outlook 2003 - Corrupt shortcuts pane! Help needed

Hi,

I am running Outlook 2003 and have problems with the groups and shortcuts in
the shortcuts pane being duplicated and messed up everynow and then (every
other day or so) . Most recently I had every shortcut group duplicated 3 - 4
times. The shortcuts had not been duplicated but rearranged randomly in the
different groups. I have tried to do a repair of entire Office 2003 but it
did not change the situation. Any help would be welcome!.

I am running my Outlook with several email accounts:
- Exchange cached mode
- 3 x IMAP accounts
- Hotmail
My computer is running WinXP Pro SP2 and have plenty och HD and RAM space
available.

You might try deleting the .xml file associated with that profile (see
http://www.slipstick.com/config/backup.htm for file locations) or try a new
profile. Unfortunately, the navigation pane in Outlook 2003 seems a bit
fragile.
