Outlook 2003 Contacts

I just upgraded to 2003 from Outlook 2000 and my contacts folders
migrated ok, except the the tick to use the contacts folders as an
address book is greyed-out.

I'm wondering if this is because I moved the contacts to a new format
pst file? Should I go back to the old format file or is there a
different issue here?

More likely it's that your mail profile does not contain the Outlook Address
Book service. Add it with Tools | Email Account.
