Outlook 2003 - contacts only partially reflected in the addressboo

The folder My Contacts/Contacts contains my entire database including all
e-mail addresses. The problem is that my addressbook does include the entire
list of individual e-mail addresses corresponding to the entries in the
Contacts folder. How do I get Outlook addressbook to pick up all (not just
the majority, but all) e-mail data in Contacts?

Many thanks!!

Thanks Russ. Sorry I was not more specific. Unfortunately "life" is getting
in my way right now so I will try to spend a bit more time on this puzzle in
a day or two and try to add more information for your consideration at that
time. Appreciate you jumping on this one. Hopefully we can get to the bottom
of it. Cheers!

It does that by default. You'll need to dig a little deeper to find out
which ones aren't displaying and why. You've provided no information that
would permit anyone to troubleshoot.

As a start, open a Contact that you think should be appearing in the Outlook
Address Book but is not. Examine the electronic address in question to see
if it looks valid and is resolved (underlined). If it is, see if that
Contact appears in the Outlook Address Book after you save and close it.
