Outlook 2003 configured per Comcast but new email not coming into.

I have confirgured Outlook 2003 per Comcast directions but new email does not
come into Outlook it goes into the Comcast email. Can anyone tell me whay
may be wrong? Comcast does not support Outlook 2003.

Sorry, neither can we since we deal mostly with Microsoft Access, a database
application in this newsgroup.

Suggest you re-post your question in one of the Outlook newsgroups.
