Outlook 2003 - change exchange server?

Hi all,

we've recently migrated to a new exchange box, but some accounts on the
terminal server are still pointing to the old box. Is there a microsoft tool
or supported way of changing this without us manually having to have users
contact support to change the setting manually?

thanks

Outlook will correct itself as long as the old server is still up. Other
than that and since your looking at a TS, is there a reason why you need to
keep their OS profiles on the TS? or another way of looking at this, if I
was a brand new user logging onto TS, how is my Outlook profile built for
me?

So the issue only happened to some accounts instead of all? Please describe
the exchange topology, and the versions

Agree with Neo. Ideally, when mailbox is moved to another server and
attributes are updated in AD, next time when outlook tries to connect it
contacts the old exchange server, the exchange server/AD will redirect the
outlook request to new server if the "Information Store" service is online
on the source, and after that outlook will update the profile based on the
new server settings
