Outlook 2003 categories

How can you filter on subject or recieved within the categories. After
selecting subject the categories are gone and I have a long list of emails.
 
Try using View | Arrange By | Current View | Customize Current View to add
the grouping by categories back in and to set the sort ordre and filter the
way you want
