Outlook 2003 - can't click on links

I thought this was a new security feature in Outlook 2007 (on my laptop),
but now I'm running in to the same thing in Outlook 2003
every time I click on a link, it tells me:
"This operation has been canceled due to restrictions in effect on this
computer. Please contact your system administrator"

What's up with that?

I found the problem - it was a bad registry key, apparently and resetting
my web settings in IE fixed it.
just thought it was weird that it happened on 2 different computers
overnight.

Installing Firefox as your default browser does it.
