outlook 2003 - cannot open links

I cannot open links in emails I receive in Outlook 2003. It does open a web
page, but just my default page which is google.
It worked before!
Thank you for any help.
 
The same thing happened to me, but the link Gordon provided above worked. I
had to check on "make Internet Explorer my default web browser", and the
links worked again.
