Outlook 2003 cannot display embedded images

I have a user who receives screenshots of issues. The screenshots do not show
up in incomming mail when then message is opened. When the user Replies or
Forwards the email. The screenshot shows up. How can i fix this error.
have looked at laserfiche 7.x and patched it assuming that it may be causing
attachment issues.
Have repaired Adobe as it has caused plugin- issues before resulting in
printing and display issues as well. Help i am at a loss
 
We have office 2003 with sp3 installed.
