Outlook 2003 Calendar Issue

I have a user that is stating that when people book an appointment, they are
not seeing his Free/Busy schedule of that particular day, so people
double-book without realizing.

You can see items on certain days, but not on others. Is this a bug?

I have other users that are not experiencing this sort of problem and all
Outlook clients and Exchange server are configured the same.

Thoughts?

Have you tried opening the user's Outlook with the /cleanfreebusy switch?

Start > Run > outlook.exe /cleanfreebusy <enter>
