Outlook 2003 Calendar Details Help Needed

Each day we print a Plan of the Day (POD) we create this in MS Word and take
all of the dates from an Outlook calendar. By viewing the calendar and then
transposing it one appointment at a time to the word document. This is very
time consuming. I noticed we could simply print one day at a time from
Outlook in the "Calendar Details Style". The only thing is I can not figure
out how to adjust the columns so that I can fit more on the page width wise.
I have adjusted the margins and reduced the font, but it makes the POD almost
completely unreadable. Also, is there a way to select a portion of the
header or footer to be bold and adjust the font size? If I adjust one
section the others follow. The other aspect is I am on a network so it would
be tough to insert an addon. I was also trying to create my own form, but I
can find one for an overall calendar print function.

Diane,

I see what you are saying but because I am on a secure network I am not
sure if they will work. Do you have any other suggestions?

Try the word template at
http://www.slipstick.com/addins/calendar_print.asp - I think it might work
for you, plus its customizable if you know word vba.
