Outlook 2003 cached exchange mode......

Is there a workaround for using Outlook 2003 in cached
exchange mode with Outlook Team Calendars? When you're in
cached exchange mode, your running of your local mailbox
store therefore; the Outlook Team Calendar is in offline
mode and users are unable to use it. The teamcal.htm is on
a network share and Outlook displays that some files
cannot be made offline when trying to set the Team
Calendar for offline use. When I simply uncheck the use
cached exchange mode, the Outlook Team Calendar works
fine. But, I would like to use them together.

Also, when using the Team Calendar, is their something
that can be changed so that the prompt doesn't continue to
pop up stating that, "A program is trying to access email
addresses you have in Outlook, would you like to allow
access for xxx minutes?"

I was told they were going to update team calendar to work properly in cache
mode but I don't know that they did... you can only get rid of the warning
if you use the admin form on the exchange server.
