Outlook 2003 business contact manager installation

Hi,
I have tried several times to install the business contact manager and the
only files that install on my computer are the View the tours and the Help
file.

When I open Outlook 2003 and go to Contacts, there is nothing there
regarding Business Contacts.

Am I missing something?

You should see a Business Tools menu on the Outlook toolbar. Do you?

what type of mail account are you using?

I too cant get my tool bar back after several attempts. also suffered many
times of loading outlook and it say unable to connect to database please try
again. I have downloaded all the updates, patches, ect.... any help would be
great

I have same problem. BCM is installed, but does not show up in Oulook.I tried
all of the fixes, enables, re-installs, but BCM is not available. Am running
new Small Business Edition 2003 of MS office. Tours and Help files show up
only.
Spending many hours searching MSoft for help....
