Outlook 2003 Automaticly Shuts down computer

Help! Everytime I have Outlook open more than 10mis it
shuts down the computer. I then have to reboot to turn
the computer back on. Please help,
 
Are there any errors? Did you look in the event log for errors? (control
panel, administration tools) Do you use an up-to-date AV scanner?
