Outlook 2003 Autoarchiving

Hi.

Anyone who knows, if it is possible to control the Autoarchive settings in
Outlook 2003 so that Autoarchiving by default is not activated, but the users
can activate it themselves?

The closest I can get via GPO, is to disable the Autoarchiving - but then
the user doesn't have the opportunity to use Autoarchvie att all.

Any help is welcome!
